Backorders
Unless otherwise noted, we only sell items on the web site that are in stock and ready to ship. If you can add it to your cart, then it is in stock. Your card will be charged and the sale will occur at time of checkout. If you want to order a quantity that is greater than what we currently have in stock, send us an email and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Shipping
Mag Commander's Standard Shipping is a low $8.99 flat rate. We also now offer a $6.49 Lightweight Shipping option for some smaller lightweight orders. The Lightweight Shipping option will appear automatically on orders that qualify. Both our Standard Shipping and Lightweight Shipping, ship via our choice of either UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground. Normal delivery times for both options are 4-8 business days. Mag Commander does not ship outside of the USA. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from Mag Commander. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has delivered the package. Please make sure you have a safe place for the package to be delivered. If you live in an area where package theft is common or are concerned about the safety of your package, please send us an e-mail and we will have the carrier hold the package for pickup at the nearest local branch.
Billing and Shipping Addresses for Restricted Items
Neither your billing address or your shipping address can be located in a city, county and/or state where the item you are attempting to purchase is restricted by law.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to Mag Commander. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. We will accept unwanted or defective product in unaltered condition within 30 days for refund, credit or exchange. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning a product. After 30 days, defective items need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are not refundable. Send return prepaid. Mag Commander will not be held liable for losses so we recommend you purchase insurance on your return.
